The Midlothian Travel Clinic is based at Midlothian Community Hospital.

The clinic operates by appointment only.

Booking lines are open Mon-Fri 8.30am-4.30pm on 0131 537 2823.

You can book an appointment with a GP for a new sick note or request an extension online.

All vaccinations and immunisations for Edinburgh and the Lothians are delivered by NHS Lothian and the health and social care partnership.
