Please contact the vaccination helpline on 0300 790 6296 for all vaccine enquiries as the surgery is not directly able to book, reschedule or cancel appointments.

Don't contact your surgery as they will be unable to answer any enquiries or rearrange any appointments.

 

1. Booking and Rescheduling COVID-19 & Flu Vaccinations

NHS Scotland Vaccination National Contact Centre manages appointments for:

  • COVID-19 Vaccinations for everyone aged 5 and over
  • Flu Vaccinations for everyone aged 18 and over

Opening Hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 09:00–18:00
  • Saturday: 09:00–13:00
  • Sunday: Closed

For general vaccination enquiries in Lothian:

3. Accessibility & Interpretation Services

  2. Telephone Interpretation Services

    • Available at all clinics and phone lines without needing to arrange beforehand.
    • Simply inform the team which language you require.
