Requesting an additional Sick/Fit Note

Your Sick Note will be available for pickup at the reception 48 hours post-request. Please remember, if you ask for an extension before your current Sick Note expires, the GP can only review your request the day after it expires. Therefore, your Sick Note will be ready for collection 48 hours from that point.

  • A sick note can be backdated so it is not necessary to make an urgent appointment. 
  • If you attend an emergency appointment for the purpose of getting a medical certificate you will be asked to rebook.
