Eastfield Medical Practice has adopted the Model Publication Scheme 2018 produced by the Scottish Information Commissioner. This scheme has the approval of the Scottish Information Commissioner and commits the practice to the following duties:
- To publish the information which we hold and which falls within the classes of information below.
- To publish the information in line with the model publication scheme.
- To produce a guide to the information we publish.
- To review and update the information we make available.

We have produced a "Guide to Information" which lists the information we publish and how to access it.
