Register to Order Prescriptions Online

Important: this form is changing from 1 August 2026

From 1 August 2026, this online form will no longer be available. To register for online prescription ordering, you will need to visit the surgery and complete a short registration form at reception. Once this is done, we'll set up your account for you.

Ordering repeat prescriptions itself is not affected. This change only affects how new patients initially register.

Until 1 August 2026, you can keep using the form on this page as normal.
